Resource assessment of North Carnarvon Basin on the northwest shelf of Australia

  • 摘要: 北卡那封盆地是澳大利亚西北陆架主要的富油气盆地之一,基于盆地最新的数据资料和研究成果,通过成藏要素分析,研究了盆地的含油气系统和油气分布特征。通过细化资源评价单元,采用分段油藏规模序列法为主、多种方法相结合确定评价参数。通过蒙特卡洛模拟对盆地各评价单元的资源规模进行了评价,并探讨了盆地的资源潜力和未来勘探方向。研究表明,盆地发育侏罗系Dingo组-侏罗系/白垩系和三叠系Locker/Mungaroo组-三叠系2套含油气系统,油气分布规律整体表现为“断陷富油,隆(凸)起富气”的特征。资源评价结果表明,北卡那封盆地待发现油气资源潜力较大,其中待发现可采石油、天然气和凝析油的资源量分别为1 560 MMbbl、34 978 Bcf和3 497 MMbbl。综合分析认为,北卡那封盆地勘探前景较好,埃克斯茅斯隆起西南部是盆地下步天然气勘探的最有利区。
