APPLICATION OF TRIDIMENSIONAL FULL RANGE SCANNING FLUORESCENT SPECTROSCOPY TO MARINE PETROLEUM EXPLORATION

  • 摘要: 80年代发展而成的三维全扫描荧光光谱,是以发射、激发波长和荧光强度三维空间谱图或以浓度等高线图或数字列表形式描述被测组份浓度的一门新技术。它不仅提高了测量灵敏度和对分子结构的选择性,而且能直接有效地测定复杂混合物试样。作者应用该技术对海水、海洋沉积物及海洋生物的溶剂抽提物中的石油芳烃进行了测定,并运用荧光强度和特定荧光强度的比值,有效地进行了地球化学勘探,为评价区域性潜油远景和预测油气类型提供了依据。
