摘要: 作者通过对电子探针分析仪阴极发光象拍摄方法和测试程序的技术改进,在电子探针仪上实现了对石英次生加大边同时进行偏光象、阴极发光象观察和拍摄及同位化学成分的快速多点定量分析。分析测试表明,在不同成岩阶段生长的石英次生加大边中,其Al2O3含量有明显差异,据此,定量划分了石英次生加大级别,并对石英次生加大边形成条件进行了探讨。Abstract: Through making technical improvements on the photograph taken with cathodeluminescence and measuring procedures,the author accomplishedthe observation and photograph with polarization and cathodeluminecence while the rapid quantitative analysis of isotopic chemical composition have been made by an electron probing analyzee on the secondary enlarged fringes of quartz. Results show that Al2O3 content would obviously vary with secondary enlarged fringes of quartz developed at different stages of diagenesis. With the basis mentioned above, the secondary enlargement of quartz is quantitatively defined by corresponding grades. Finally, the formative conditions of the secondary enlarged fringes of quartz are studied in details.
