ON THE JUNGGAR BACK—ARC BASIN AND BACK—ARC RELICT BASINS
Li Jingguang
1992, 14(4): 323-332. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199204323
Abstract:
The Junggar Basin consists of the Permian-Jurassic back-arc relict basins as the survival of the Carboniferous unfinished closure back-arc basins.During the time of Cretaceous to Tertiary, the foreland basin developed under the compressions and strike-slipings caused by plate movements in the Tethyan tectonic domain. However, the polycyclic superimposed basins controlled over the tectonic framework of the basin and the thermal evolution enlarged the oil/gas prospect in this basin.

1992, 14(4): 333-343. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199004333
Abstract:
Based on the study made on the sedi-diagenetic characteristics of clastic sedimentary rock bodies with different types, sedimentary system and geological ages from different oil-gas bearing basins in the country, the authors proposed some new concepts about sedimentary systems and their classification, established the structural framework of sedi-dia-genesis,therefrom obtained diagenetic variables which reveal the paragenetic lows for the diagenetic sequences between clastic sedimentary rock bodies, paragenetic association of diagenetic minerals, and diagenetic facies and circles, and porosity decreasing or increasing, and their relationship with oil and gas.The study will effect to certain extent on improving the research of diagenesis and oil/gas prediction.

Fan Xiaolin, Lu Guoxing, Jiang Hongkan
1992, 14(4): 352-358. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199204352
Abstract:
The studies on tectonic history, subsidence and accumulation evolution of basins as well as the dynamic forces on basins with the application of geophysical data and information combined with geological information are the main subjects of the geophysic analysis of basins.Through various techniques of geophysical investigations, the lithospheric geophysical information and data could be obtained and the tectonic-geophysical models for basin origins could be proposed on the basis of man-machine combined interpretation(mathematical forward and inverse computation).Consequently, the geophysical background can be provided for the dynamic simulations quantitatively on various geological models of basins and the appraisal of oil/gas prospects in basins.
ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OIL/GAS POOLS IN THE SICHUAN BASIN
Xiang Dingpu
1992, 14(4): 359-371. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199204359
Abstract:
The Sichuan Basin can be divided into the high-scarp structural zone in east and south Sichuan, the flattish and low-flattish structural zone in central Sichuan and the low-flat-tish and scarp structural zones in northwest Sichuan depending on the structural types. In the basin, the thick sequences of Sinian-Middle and Lower Triassic systems deveploped mainly with marine carbonate rocks and the Upper Triassic-Middle and Lower Jurassic non-marine sequences. In these sequences, the commercial oil/gas has been discovered with various types of oil/gas pools and the unique characters respectively.Up to date, however,it is proved that the Sichuan Basin is one of the most important natural gas production areas in China with bright oil/gas prospects.
EVENT OIL—GAS SOURCE ROCK
Li Huadong
1992, 14(4): 372-379. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199204372
Abstract:
With the basis of the analysis of several event oil-gas source rocks, first the paper suggests that these rocks are characteristic of higher primary organic richness, peculiar diage-netic mechanism, and higher transforming ratio of hydrocarbon formation;secondly it approaches the difference of source rocks between distal and near origins;and thirdly it proposes that a complete system of event oil-gas source rocks can form into quite favourable oil-gas pools of lithological trapping type.Furthermore, correlative study is made on geological and geochemical characteristics of event source rocks with those ordinary ones;finally it concludes the concept, type, formative mechanism and research significance about event oil-gas source rocks.

Abstract:
On the basis of tectonic and geological analysis, the characteristics and the formative mechanism of the Jurassic secondary gas pools within the Xiaoquan Structure of West Sichuan are discussed in this paper. The researches suggest that such a type of gas pools is related to the geological factors of fault, fracture and formation pressure etc.

THE FELDSPARIZED TEXTURE OF POST—MONTMORILLONITE SATURATED WITH KCl—THE MARKS FOR THE DOWNWARD—EXCAVATING SEA WATER CURRENT IN HYDROTHERMAL CYCLIC SYSTEM
Lin Zongnan, Luo Ruilan
1992, 14(4): 419-431. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199204419
Abstract:
After the montmorillonites saturated with KCl and experienced through compaction or heatings, feldsparizations would take place, bringing about the transformation of sodium-montmorillonites into iso-potassium feldspars and calcium-montmorillonites into plagio-clases.In the sedimentary rocks with 10μm clay, the iso-potassium feldspar is the product from the sodium-montmorillonites with high pressure in sedimentary system of trench-trough or graben,Therefore, the iso-potassium feldspar can be taken as the marks for the dynamic characters of downward-excavating sea water current in hydrothermal cyclic system.Based on existence of the iso-potassium feldspar, the ratio of the characteristic peak values of 3.71A,4.23A and 3.3A in the oriented X-ray deiffratogram(XRD)is about 1:1:3.8.Such a diffratogram texture may be fixed in a certain ratio and is probable to be the proecursor of graphic granites.

1992, 14(4): 432-442. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199204432
Abstract:
Studying the three dimentional fingerprint analysing technique, the author proposes the similiarity indexes T1(Ex228nm/Em340nm)and the differential indexes(S,α,K,F,R)for the three dimentional fingerprint graph of crude oil and related samples, and the finger graph is divided into four types i.e.O,B,Q,R.These nidexes are favourable to differentiating fluorescent abnormalities, providing solid basis for correlations of oil /oil,oil/source rock, and application to surface chemical exploration, etc.

Chen Wei, Shi Zejin, Lu Huafu, Zeng Qing
1992, 14(4): 443-453. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199204443
Abstract:
The hangingwall deformation of the overthrust under severe compression may be revealed by using Suppe's fault-bend folding approach. On the assumption of the classical computation of the forward balanced cross section, the program presented in this paper for computing the forward balanced cross section is based on Suppe's geometric model. This program is extended not only to simplify the processing of the computation on the geometric fault, but also assist the user in gaining the parameters of the initial fault by William's inverse method. The certain forward balanced cross sections can be simulated once the number of faults and their structural interpretation models are given. In this paper, the balanced cross sections of the Dachigan Anticlinal Structure in East Sichuan is computed and plotted by this program.
THE ORIGINS OF THE TRIASSIC NODULAR AND VERMICULAR LIMESTONES IN SOUTH JIANGSU—SOUTH ANHUI PROVINCES
Zhu Hongfa, Wang Shuyi
1992, 14(4): 454-460. doi: 10.11781/sysydz199204454
Abstract:
In this paper, the authors describe the origins of nodular and vermicular limestones on the basis of lithologic characters, the both lateral and vertical distribution of their strato-horizons,the changes of lithofacies and paleogeography. It is suggested that the nodular limestones are the typical product on the lower slope section of platform margin and derived from the diagenesis of gliding clasts. Therefore, the nodular limestones could be good reservoir rocks. The vermicular limestone generally developed on the upper slope section of platform margin and their origin is rather complicated, part of them may be related to sedimentation and fragmentation.
