Abstract:
On the basis of vitrinite reflectance,K-Ar ages and apatite fission-track data,the time of hydrocarbon generation and migration,migration direction and hydrocarbon exploration direction are discussed starting with the reconstruction of the subsidence and uplift history and geothermal history of the Ordos Basin.The major time of hydrocarbon generation and primary and secondary migration was in 170~160 Ma(the end of the Middle Jurassic).After 23 Ma(the Miocene),a regional secondary migration of the second phase took place.All kinds of traps in the middle and eastern parts of the basin,especially the crust of weathering at the top of the Ordovician,belong to favourable targets for exploration.And the traps on the eastern side may be more favourable.

Abstract:
After finding out the characteristics of spatial tectonic distribution in Qikou Depression,the evolutionary ideas and analytical methods of current regional tectonics are used to divided the tectonic evolution of Qikou Depression into six major stages:(1)strikeshear stage,(2)NW extension stage,(3)NW compression stage,(4)near NS rapid extension stage,(5)the transitional stage of near NS extension and thermal subsidence,and(6)thermal subsidence stage.

Abstract:
Leshan-Longnusi Paleoswell is the main body of the Caledonian Paleoswell in the Sichuan basin.According to analyses on the structure of the Sinian,the Cambrian and the Middle Ordovician superfaces and the Lower Permian subface,the paleoswell is divided into two parts with compressional structural stress,the simple anticline in the western part and complex structural belt in the eastern part.Based on the principle of geomechanics,it is considered that the tectonic characteristics of the paleoswell are the effect of latitudinal and meridional inertial force subjected when the Earth,s rotational speed decelerated.And sectional asymmetric fold formed is just the tectonic pooling model of the paleoswell.In accordance with the model,the advantageous districts for large and middletyped oil/gas accumulation are indicated.

Abstract:
In the light of current ideas on the western Mediterranean back arc-thrust system,the Mlocene sedimentation in the Ragglo di Calabrla area was studied.With a local provenance,the Miocene sedimentation started with local deposition of coarse-grained subaerial sediments in the form of alluvial fans.These rapidly evolved to a fan-delta-turbidite facies association.The synsedimentary structures locally affected the sedimentation.The Miocene sedimentation was terminated at about Messinian time due to the regional tectonic.

Abstract:
The oil and gas accumulation of the Carboniferous Donghe sandstone in the upwelling areas of the Mid-Tarim Basin is a structural trap accompanying with stratigraphic control factors.The analysis on well and test data appears that petroleum in the accumulation of Donghe sandstone seemingly has not filled to structural spillpoint in wells 10,16 and 20 in field of the Mid-Tarim Basin.The sedimentary factes in gravel-bearing sandstone member over Donghe sandstone vary dramatically and their porosity changes between good and bad.Mercury-injection data show that in the porosity-worsening areas of the member,oil and gas accumulation plays an insulating membrane-typed plugging part to Donghe sandstone,belongs to transitional bed betweeen mudstone member(cap rock)and sandstone member(reservoir)and is called "false cap rock".

Abstract:
In the Submember Es3(3~4) of Qianliyuan Subdepression,sedimentary cycles reflecting lake transgression-lake regression are well-developed.This kind of cyclic sequences can be trsced and correlated in the studied area.Especially,they have better traceability and contrastability on high resolution seismic profiles.The major factors controlling the cyclic development are the lake-level fluctuation induced by tectonic action and climatic changes in the area.The cyclic sequences may correspond to the fourth-fifth order cycles of global climatic changes.The depositional systems developed in the area mainly include deltaic system,lakebed fan system and deep-bathyal lake system.The fluctuation of lake levels show obvious controls on the formation and development of these depositional systems.

Abstract:
In the lake basins of China,the chert is a very rare rock type.So far,there are not special studies and reports on chens in lacustrine strata at home.In this paper,it is first advanced that laminated chens exist in the Paleogene lacustrine strata of west Liaohe Depression.And based on geologic setting conditions and sedimentary and geochemical characteristics,their genetic mechanism is approached preliminarily.

Abstract:
The main diagenesis of carbonate rocks in the studied area includes micritization,cementation,compaction-pressure solution and dissolution,Jiming Formation and the lower part of Hezhou Formation are dominated by micritization and strong compaction,the upper part of Hezhou Formation,Huanglong Formation and Chuanshan Formation by pressure solution and intense meteoric cementation,and the detrital rock of Gaolishan Formation by compaction and dissoluion.Pores resulted from multistage dissolution in the middle and upper parts of Hezhou Formation was well-developed,and the porosity is up to 14.38%.They will become potential reservoirs of the studied area.

Abstract:
In this paper,the Lower Tertiary algal dolomite and the Ordovician dolomite are taken as sampling material and secondary distilled water as a medium.The preliminary results of diagenesis modelling experiments under different temperature(100~200℃),pressure(100×105~300×105Pa)and time(7~21 days)showed that dolomite itself has internal causes of changing into ideal dolomite with the rising of temperature in the ways of calcium-discharge action and internal lattic adjustment.The outcome of this progress is that pores emerge with the volume reduction of mineral itself.

Abstract:
The Tertiary of the West Qaidam Basin was deposited in the environment of a brackish-salt lake basin.The Shizigou saline lake in the west existed from the Paleocene-Eoceneto the Miocene and was dominated by brackish-salt water lake factes,while the saline lake in Nanyishan area existing from the Oligocene to the Pliocene.The developing period of main oil-generating depressions is the Miocene and the Pliocene dominated by the deposit of brackish lake factes.Studies on organic geochemistry show that the organic matter of the Tertiary oil-generating rocks in the west is mainly mix-typed,and part of it belongs to sapropel and humic types.Judged by the'changing relationship of dicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons to polycyclic ones and the relationship of aromatic hydrocarbon compounds to sedimentary environment and mother rock inputs,there is genetic relationship between the naphthalene series,biphenyl series,retene and other compounds in aromatic hydrocarbon fractions and higher terrigenous plants.But phenanthrene series,chrysene series,benzopyren and benzonaphthalene thiophene probably have closer relationship to lower hydrobios.In addition,salt water reduction environment advantageous to the formation of fluorene series and sulfur fluories compounds is also advantageous to the preservation of naphthalene series compounds.

Abstract:
In this paper,the natural gas characteristics of well Chaishen-1 are described.And the genetic types of natural gases are approached using the carbon and hydrogen isotope research method of mathane and its homologues.Meanwhile,the gas sources have also been traced and explored preliminarily.The natural gas of this well,which belongs to condensate gas formed by the humic mother material of high maturity stage,has affinity with the Hongyanchi Formation and Lucaogou Formation of the Upper Permian.

Abstract:
In this paper,the design train of thouglt about the block arranging-selecting model of AHP is introduced.Taking the selection of favourable exploration blocks in the Tarim Basin as an example,the concrete AHP application is discussed.The practical data in the paper show that it is effective to use this method in petroleum exploration and selectedarea evaluation.The work plan of forward-middle exploration suggested by the authors on the basis of selected-area evaluation results is of important reference to the policy-making of petroleum exploration in the Tarim Basin in the future.

Abstract:
In this paper,the resource evaluation expert system of depressions and traps is used to evaluate the gas-bearing possibility of 58 major traps in the Quantou Formation and Denglou Formation of the South Songliao Basin.Among them,twenty are regarded as favourable gas-bearing traps.These favourable traps have advantageous pool-generation geological conditions.After drilling,some traps have obtained industrial gas/oil or shows.It is indicated that this evaluation technology has higher reliability.So these traps can be selected as major targets for the natural gas exploration of the South Songliao area in the future.

In this paper,electric logging data are specially applied in the determination of source rock types,organic matter maturity and hydrocarbon generation,thus opening up a new way for the evaluation of source rocks.By preliminary determination of organic matter maturity in the Zhangqiang area of Liaohe peripheral basins,fine effects are obtained and the broad prospects of logging data in the evaluation of source rocks are revealed.

Abstract:
After theoretical analyses,the author considers that the assessment of moistening capacity by a relative permeability method,that is,by the characteristic value of relative permeability curves,the relationship between the permeability ratio of water factes to oil f actes and water-bearing saturability and the ratio of Kw(Sor)/Ko(Swc)is reliable theoretically.When combined with data from actural oil fields,qualitative results have high reliability.This method used together with a present displacement method and a centrifugal machine method can make moistening Capacity evaluation more objective.When experimental data of moistening capacity is unavailable,factes permeability data can be used to assess moistening capacity in order to make up gaps in the data.
